General Operative (Night Shift)

Full Time | Permanent | £16.13 per hour + Overtime

Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday | 9:45pm - 6:15am

Due to continued growth, our well-established Chesterfield-based client is looking to recruit an experienced General Operative to join their night shift team.

• Preparing work areas, labels, and packaging for production
• Following quality standards and work instructions
• Working across different factory areas as required
• Maintaining high housekeeping and health & safety standards
• Disposing of waste correctly and safely
• Supporting continuous improvement across the department

• Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment
• Good attention to detail
• Positive, team-focused attitude
• Willingness to learn and develop
• Ability to work independently and use initiative

• £16.13 per hour including shift allowance
