As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting, operating, and monitoring machinery to ensure production runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.

• Set, start, and adjust machinery to meet production and quality requirements
• Use measuring equipment such as micrometres and verniers
• Monitor machine performance and inspect finished products for quality and consistency
• Carry out routine cleaning, basic fault finding, and preventative maintenance
• Load raw materials and unload finished products safely and efficiently
• Complete accurate production records and report any issues or concerns
• Follow all health & safety procedures and company guidelines at all times

• Previous experience as a Machine Operator or Machine Setter in manufacturing
• Experience using measuring equipment (micrometres, verniers, etc.)
• Strong mechanical awareness and technical ability
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Strong problem-solving approach
• Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and progress

• £31,171 per annum
• Additional shift allowance + bonuses
• Three-shift pattern (Days, Afternoons, Nights)
• Monday to Friday
• Full-time | Permanent
