Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment is currently recruiting Recycling Operatives for a well-established waste management and recycling company based in New Whittington
.

If you're looking for a physically active, outdoor role with consistent weekday hours and an immediate start, this could be the perfect opportunity. Full training is provided, making this role suitable for candidates with backgrounds in warehouse, production, labouring, manufacturing or recycling.

As a Recycling Operative, you'll play an important part in helping to process recyclable materials safely and efficiently.

Your duties will include:

• Sorting recyclable materials from waste streams
• Separating different types of waste and recyclable products
• Removing larger items by hand where required
• Keeping the work area clean, tidy and safe
• Following health and safety procedures at all times
• Working as part of a busy team in an outdoor environment

• A reliable and hardworking attitude
• Comfortable carrying out manual, physical work throughout the shift
• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Good team player with a strong work ethic
• Own transport, motorbike or bicycle required due to the site location

• Monday to Friday
• 8:00am - 4:00pm
• £12.71 per hour Overtime available and paid at enhanced rates

• Immediate starts available
• Ongoing, full-time work
• Weekly pay
