• Independent, 3‑site first‑opinion practice owned by 2 practicing directors.
• Team of 10 vets (including certificate holders in ultrasound & surgery, plus one working towards dermatology).
• 15 RVNs plus SVNs at each site – experienced, highly capable nursing support.
• Standard modern facilities across all practices.
• Varied caseload: mainly small animals, with occasional wildlife and exotics.
• Provides its own out‑of‑hours care with a fair rota and strong incentives.

• Position:
  Small Animal Vet (ideally 2+ years’ experience).
• Hours:
  
  4 days per week (8:30‑7:00).
• Out‑of‑hours: 1 weeknight and 1 weekend in 5, manageable, with paid bonuses per case (£75 per consult, £175 for consult + surgery, plus £250 bonus).
• Weekend: 1 in 5 Saturday mornings (optional full weekend on‑call if preferred).
• Sole charge:
  Required for OOH and Saturday mornings.
• Development: CPD budget of £1,000 (flexible), certificates encouraged and supported.

• Salary between £36,000–£65,000, depending on experience.
• 25 days holiday + birthday off (plus Bank Holidays, only 12 worked per year).
