Customer Service Parts Advisor – Chesterfield
Francesca’s Recruitment Ltd is delighted to be recruiting for a Parts Sales Advisor on behalf of a global leader in the manufacture of high-quality concrete pumps and equipment. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join a dynamic team and contribute to the continued success of the business.
Hours and Benefits

* Location:

Chesterfield

* Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 4:30pm

* Friday: 8:30am – 3:30pm

* Salary: £26,400 per annum

* 31 days annual leave including bank holidays

* Company pension scheme

The Role As a Parts Sales Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers requiring parts for specialist equipment. You will provide expert advice, process orders efficiently, and ensure excellent customer service at every stage. This role combines technical knowledge with strong communication skills and offers the chance to build lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

* Act as the main contact for customers seeking parts, offering advice and product information.

* Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing tailored solutions.

* Process orders, quotations, and invoices accurately and efficiently.

* Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely dispatch of parts.

* Monitor backorders and keep customers informed of order status.

* Maintain awareness of inventory levels and liaise with the inventory team to manage stock.

* Identify slow-moving stock and suggest strategies to increase sales.

* Support sales strategies and promotional activities.

* Provide feedback to the Parts Manager on customer needs and market trends.

* Stay up to date with product information, technical specifications, and industry developments.
Candidate Requirements

* Previous experience in sales or customer service, ideally within automotive or heavy equipment.

* Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn product information quickly.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM or ERP systems.

* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

* Proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking.
