Vertu Nissan Chesterfield - 5 DAYS PER WEEK / 40 HOURS

Vertu Nissan Chesterfield is looking for a talented and motivated Sales Executive to join our high‑performing team. This is an exciting opportunity to represent one of the world’s most forward‑thinking automotive brands while enjoying excellent earning potential and a genuine work–life balance.

This role offers a £22,000 basic salary with uncapped commission
, giving you the opportunity to earn well above our on‑target earnings of £45,000
. High performers regularly exceed this, and we’re committed to helping you reach your full potential.

We also believe that success should never come at the expense of your wellbeing. You’ll work a 40‑hour week across five 8‑hour shifts
, including most Saturdays — our busiest sales day — with a guaranteed day off during the week. And because we’re closed every Sunday
, you’ll always have this day free to relax, recharge, and enjoy life outside of work.

• Minimum 12 months’ experience as an Automotive Sales Executive
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Flexibility to work weekends
• A full UK driving licence (manual & automatic)
