The Role

As a Valuer, you will play a key role in the growth of the business by:

* Conducting accurate residential property valuations and winning listings

* Securing new instructions and generating new business opportunities

* Building strong relationships with clients and delivering exceptional customer service

* Working towards and exceeding agreed targets

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a confident and results-driven individual who can demonstrate:

* Proven experience in residential property valuations and listings

* A strong track record in winning instructions and generating business

* Excellent negotiation and communication skills

* A customer-focused approach with a drive to deliver outstanding service

* A target-driven mindset with the ambition to exceed expectations
