Maintenance Sales Person – Fire & Security Service Sales

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Sales Professional specializing in Fire & Security Services to drive new business and maintain existing accounts across the UK.

As a member of a successful independent company, you will work closely with the Managing Director to maximize revenue from current accounts, ensure customer satisfaction, and grow the portfolio through key mult-site, retail and national accounts.

• Prospect and secure maintenance and service contracts for Fire (Intruder, Fire Alarm, CCTV) and Security systems.
• Conduct telephone and face‑to‑face sales, presenting tailored solutions to end‑users such as facilities managers.
• Negotiate pricing, terms and renewal agreements for multi‑site and national accounts.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and close activity using the company CRM.
• Collaborate with technical and installation teams to provide seamless contract delivery.

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience selling maintenance contracts for Fire & Security systems, ideally within an SSAIB, NACOSS/NSI, or equivalent organisation.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets, with annual sales above £350,000 considered advantageous.
• Strong understanding of Intruder, Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control and related maintenance agreements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• UK residency; flexible to travel across the UK as required.

• Competitive base salary ranging from £30,000 to £70,000, depending on experience and performance.
• Uncapped on‑target earnings (OTE) – current earnings range from £50,000 to £100,000+.
• £900 per month car allowance.
