Territory Sales Manager (Middle East)

Inspire Resourcing are currently recruiting a Territory Sales Manager on behalf of a client based in Chesterfield.

As Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth across your assigned territory by developing both new and existing customer relationships.

• Managing and growing sales throughout the EMIR territory.
• Developing strategic relationships with EPC contractors, end users, distributors and engineering consultancies.
• Identifying and converting new business opportunities.
• Managing the complete sales cycle from initial enquiry through to quotation, negotiation and order.
• Delivering technical product presentations and commercial proposals.
• Providing customers with application advice and technical guidance in collaboration with internal engineering teams.
• Preparing sales forecasts, territory plans and pipeline reports.
• Maintaining accurate CRM records and customer activity.
• Representing the business at customer meetings, exhibitions and industry events.
• Monitoring competitor activity and identifying market trends to maximise business opportunities.
• Working closely with service, engineering and project teams to ensure successful project delivery and excellent

• Proven experience in technical B2B sales or business development.
• Experience managing an international sales territory.
• Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to build long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the EMIR territory, including frequent international travel and overnight stays.

Salary: £50000 – £65000/annum
