Project Officer - Supported Living

Supported Living Project Officer Needed ASAP Your new role As a Project Officer at Your Housing Group, you'll provide day-to-day housing support and key worker guidance for residents at Tiernan Lodge in Wigan. You'll deliver 1-2-1 sessions, group work, life-skills coaching and independent-living support, while maintaining a safe and well-managed environment. This is a full-time position on a 12-week rolling rota, including weekends and bank holidays, covering 8am-4pm and 8am-8pm shifts.
