Warehouse Coordinator

We’re looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to join our team at Chesterfield on a 4 on 4 off basis. This is a fast‑paced and rewarding role where you’ll play a vital part in ensuring our operation runs smoothly, helping deliver the products our customers rely on every day.

As a Warehouse Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for keeping our operation running efficiently and ensuring stock is managed accurately throughout the warehouse.

• Liaising with customers regarding daily orders and operational queries
• Checking inbound stock deliveries from suppliers
• Creating pre‑advice documentation and stock reports
• Completing traceability checks and stock audits
• Coordinating warehouse activities including picking and decant operations
• Allocating work across the team to ensure productivity targets are achieved
• Monitoring stock rotation to ensure correct product selection
• Providing clear shift handovers to maintain operational continuity
• Supporting safe working practices and promoting a positive team culture

• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Enjoys working as part of a team and supporting colleagues
• Can confidently prioritise tasks in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Understands the importance of health and safety compliance
• Builds positive working relationships with colleagues, customers and suppliers
• Previous warehouse administration, coordination or supervisory experience would be advantageous

• A salary of up to £30,309
• 4 on 4 off shift pattern
• 7pm – 7am
