The Lube Technician plays a critical role in the success our service department by performing oil changes, tire rotations, and basic maintenance services quickly and accurately. This position is ideal for someone looking to start or grow their career in the automotive industry with opportunities for advancement and ongoing training through Graff’s career development programs.

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and other basic maintenance services efficiently and safely.

• Conduct multi-point inspections to identify vehicle maintenance and repair needs.

• Check and refill fluids, replace filters, and inspect belts, hoses, brakes, and tires.

• Communicate inspection results and recommendations to service advisors clearly and professionally.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Follow all dealership, manufacturer, and safety policies and procedures.

• Assist senior technicians as needed and show willingness to learn additional skills.

• Ensure customer vehicles are handled with care and returned in better condition than received.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Previous automotive maintenance experience preferred but not required.

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet for extended periods.

• Strong attention to detail, time management, and teamwork skills.
