Job DetailsWe are seeking a dedicated, compassionate and experienced Family Physician to join our dynamic healthcare team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive healthcare services to patients of all ages, from 6+. This role involves diagnosing and treating illnesses, conducting routine check‑ups, promoting patient health and well‑being, and coordinating with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care. The position is permanent and requires 28 hours of work per week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday).
Responsibilities- Conduct thorough physical exams, interpret medical histories, diagnose illnesses, and formulate treatment plans.
- Promote preventive care and health education to patients and their families.
- Coordinate with other healthcare professionals such as specialists, nurses, and therapists to ensure appropriate care.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and provide immediate care as necessary.
- Keep up to date with advancements in medical technology and research to provide the best possible care.
- Maintain complete and accurate patient records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and other relevant medical information.
- Adhere to all relevant medical laws, regulations, and standards to ensure ethical and professional practice.
- Medical degree from an accredited institution.
- Board certified in Family Medicine.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Family Physician.
- Valid license to practice medicine in the state of Indiana.
- Excellent diagnostic and problem‑solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ability to handle a high level of stress and make critical decisions under pressure.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
- Proficient in using medical software and equipment.
