Senior Hydraulic Modeling Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Hydraulic Modeling Engineer with a strong background in drinking water distribution systems to join our Environmental & Water Resource Group.

• Mentor and lead the development and calibration of hydraulic models for water distribution systems and analyze model results to develop recommendations for clients.
• Lead master planning and capital improvement plan development.
• Mentor and lead booster station analyses for water systems to assess capacity, reliability, and energy efficiency.
• Develop future water demand projections.
• Design and deliver digital tools and dashboards.
• Prepare clear, concise technical reports and presentations.
• Fieldwork and site visits from design through construction may be required.
• Analyze and process large amounts of complex data.

• 10+ years of experience.
• Strong interest in hydraulic modeling and the water industry.
• Knowledge of hydraulic principles and analyses, with experience or a strong desire to learn hydraulic modeling software.
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in environmental, civil, or mechanical engineering from an ABET‑accredited U.S. program.
• PE preferred.
• Experience with Info Water, Water
  
  GEMS, or EPANET.
