Hiring Minimum & Maximum

Hiring Minimum: $65,000.00

Hiring Maximum: $69,100.00

Job Requirements
  • High School Diploma/Equivalent required;
    Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Series 7 and Series 66 required; if not currently registered, registrations may be obtained at Edward Jones during the assigned study period.
  • At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in the securities industry preferred.
  • FINRA licenses required within three months; state insurance licenses required.
  • As an associate, you are required to complete all ongoing training offered by the firm and regulatory authorities, as well as required training to maintain license in good standing.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Gather information and collect suitability to deeply understand clients’ and prospective clients’ needs, priorities, and concerns to accelerate trust and create a personalized, comprehensive strategy.
  • Meet with clients regularly to track progress toward goals, uncover additional assets, proactively address emerging concerns, and adjust strategy.
  • Partner with other members of the clients’ professional team such as attorneys, accountants, trust officers.
  • Research portfolio performance, cost/fees, asset allocation and make recommendations to the client.
  • Collaborate with the FA and branch team to ensure alignment and create, monitor, and adjust the branch business plan to increase branch effectiveness.
  • Cultivate relationships with organizations and businesses to maintain presence in the community and obtain referrals and new business.
  • Coordinate with the FA to assist in the creation of new clients via face‑to‑face and virtual sourcing strategies.
  • Continually develop yourself to grow personally and professionally.
