Urschel, a 100% employee-owned company, is seeking an IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. The position will configure, build, maintain and decommission all components involved in IT Infrastructure. Supports applications from Infrastructure perspective. Analyzes and reports on health, performance, and security in Urschel’s IT Infrastructure. Level 2 user infrastructure support. Completes various administrative tasks and works within Service Desk System to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) and reporting standards.
The position is not remote and will be required to report daily to the Corporate Headquarters in Chesterton, Indiana.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 4–8 years of hands-on experience in IT Infrastructure.
Strong understanding of IT Infrastructure domains, including Active Directory, o365, servers, networks, and virtualization, with the ability to train others on their application within Urschel. Demonstrated ability to manage project tasks independently with minimal guidance. Proven experience mentoring and supporting IT and operational staff.
