General Manager

The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business operations at the location. This includes managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining inventory levels, and meeting financial goals. The General Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability, as well as maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

• Manage and oversee all aspects of the business operations at the location
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues that arise
• Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
• Manage and train staff, including hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement

• Proven experience as a General Manager or similar role
• Excellent leadership and management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of financial management principles and practices
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
