CNC Lathe Machinist - 2nd Shift

Urschel, a 100% employee‑owned company, is hiring a CNC Lathe Machinist for our 2nd shift operations. The role works full‑time Monday‑Thursday, with possible Friday assignments based on workload.

Starting pay is $31.81/hour + 5% Shift Differential

Responsibilities:

• Machining features in all types of material, including castings and forgings, using CNC lathes and other machine tools.
• Understand CNC program codes and programs, edit programs when necessary, and record all changes for documentation.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One to two years machining experience.
• Strong math skills, blueprint reading, ability to use precision measuring equipment.
• Solid organizational and troubleshooting talents.
