Chesterton Manor is seeking a personable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to perform resident care activities and services necessary in caring for the personal needs and comfort of our nursing home residents, located in Chesterton, IN!

$2,000 Sign-On Bonus!
Join our team full-time on the 7a–7p shift and receive a $2,000 bonus as you build your CNA career with us.
Here’s how it’s paid out:

• $250 Orientation Bonus – after 30 days of employment

• $250 Floor Orientation Bonus – after 30 days of employment

• $750 Bonus – at 6 months

• $750 Bonus – at 12 months

Pay range: $18–$19.50/hour plus shift differentials
Shifts Available: Full Time/Part Time 7a–7p (NO PRN NEEDED)

• Provide resident care with compassion, skill, and professionalism.

• Support residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.

• Assist in therapeutic, neuro and dementia care, dialysis, IV therapy, infectious disease, and wound care when applicable.

• Work collaboratively with nurses and the interdisciplinary care team.

• Interact respectfully with residents, families, and staff, always promoting dignity and well-being.

• Carry out additional duties as outlined in the Care Plan.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• Must be 18 years or older.

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification required.
