Start full-time on the 7a-7pm
and take home a $2,000 bonus as you grow your nursing career with us.
Here’s how it’s paid out:

• $250 Orientation Bonus – after 30 days of employment

• $250 Floor Orientation Bonus – after 30 days of employment

• $750 Bonus – at 6 months

• $750 Bonus – at 12 months

Pay Rate: $28–$31/hour
Shift Available: Full Time 7a-7p or 7p-7a (this shift is not eligible for $2000 Sign on bonus)

• Administer nursing care in a skilled nursing environment under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or medical supervisor.

• Provide basic medical care including bandage changes, medication administration, and specimen collection.

• Deliver compassionate care and ensure resident safety and well-being.

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Indiana.

• Must be 18 years or older.
