As a Restaurant General Manager you will lead a multi‑million dollar business with full operational and financial responsibility for your Taco Bell unit, inspiring your team to live the brand values, and ensuring excellent service and training.

• Provide overall leadership and management, leading the team to operational excellence and embodying our brand values.
• Train and motivate employees, developing the team to deliver outstanding service and uphold Taco Bell standards.
• Ensure operational excellence, maintaining a high‑quality guest experience that keeps customers coming back.
