In 2017 Chestertown Orthopedics joined The Centers for Advanced Orthopedics, one of the largest orthopedic groups in the country, as a Division of that group. This positioned the practice as a part of one of the most vibrant and forward thinking groups in the country and also provided a much higher level of expertise in marketing, data management, HR, and negotiations with insurers and suppliers.
This has enabled the practice to become self-insured for both health care and malpractice, improved payment rates and potential for growth.
