Location: 365 Haacke Drive, Chestertown, MD 21620

Work Hours: 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday

Pay Range: $17 – $20 per hour + 15% Shift Differential

• Operate weight and count scale.
• Outsource material from factory to warehouse on a daily basis.
• Rectify inventory issues.
• Use proper materials for job (pallet, box) when packing material.
• Create manifests for shipping to outside vendors.
• Communicate with warehouse and factory shuttle drivers when material needs to move.
• Work with clamp department doing material related functions to keep production flowing.
• Help pre‑pack department when time permits.
• Help other material handler on factory floor by taking out cardboard, empty cages, wash parts and moving parts to the next location.
• Assist with other areas of material handling as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Forklift certified.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn, follow procedures, and work independently.
• Reliable, team‑oriented mindset with great time management.
• Strong organizational skills and a sense of accountability to every task.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
