Material Handler I
Location: 365 Haacke Drive, Chestertown, MD 21620
Work Hours: 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday
Pay Range: $17 – $20 per hour + 15% Shift Differential

WhatYou'll Do
- Operate weight and count scale.
- Outsource material from factory to warehouse on a daily basis.
- Rectify inventory issues.
- Use proper materials for job (pallet, box) when packing material.
- Create manifests for shipping to outside vendors.
- Communicate with warehouse and factory shuttle drivers when material needs to move.
- Work with clamp department doing material related functions to keep production flowing.
- Help pre‑pack department when time permits.
- Help other material handler on factory floor by taking out cardboard, empty cages, wash parts and moving parts to the next location.
- Assist with other areas of material handling as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Forklift certified.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn, follow procedures, and work independently.
- Reliable, team‑oriented mindset with great time management.
- Strong organizational skills and a sense of accountability to every task.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
