Position Overview: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in our skilled nursing neighborhood.

Responsibilities:

• Provide prescribed medical treatment and personal care services to residents in skilled nursing.
• Supervise nursing assistants and coordinate resident care according to care plans.

Requirements:

• Current State Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• Current or eligible for certification in CPR.
