Our Sales Associates use their passion, high energy, and knowledge to provide a unique sales experience that meets the evolving needs of our customers.
Through the TCC Gives program, we support local communities with 16 paid volunteer hours per year, the opportunity to submit grant requests up to $10,000 per quarter, and participation in quarterly initiatives such as School Rocks Backpack Giveaway, Teachers Rock, Rescues Rock (pet adoption), and Rock the Pantry (food drive). BenefitsAverage Salary: $55‑65,000 per year. Salary includes Competitive Hourly Rate, Uncapped Commission, Bonuses and Profit Sharing.

- Act as a passionate customer advocate, assisting, advising, and educating customers on wireless products and services.
- Drive sales and customer satisfaction, focusing on value for all customers; conduct outbound and inbound calls to educate customers about products and services.
- Perform operational procedures including store opening and closing responsibilities.
- Embrace ambitious, self‑driven goals to achieve retail sales milestones.
- Balance excellent customer experience with performance targets.
- Attend and complete all required training and meetings for ongoing development.
- Engage in community giveback through volunteer events, donations, grants, and more; maintain a positive attitude, energy, and equal contribution.
- At least a high school diploma.
- Ability to work guaranteed full‑time hours.
- Availability for a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable transportation; ability to work at multiple locations.
- Physical ability to stand, sit, walk, and bend for extended periods; lift up to 10 pounds.
- Occasional travel (~10%) as required by the business.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
