You will inspire customers to express themselves through home design, assist with sales, and promote ongoing engagement with our brand.

• Assist clients with design consultations in-store and in-home, including measuring and assessing spaces.
• Create and present customized design plans based on client preferences and needs.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, and product features.
• Provide exemplary customer service, including gift services, order management, and special requests.

• Strong communication and clienteling skills.
• Ability to manage complex orders across sales channels.
• Design experience preferred.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities.
• 1-2 years of retail/customer service experience, retail experience preferred.

• Mobility on the sales floor for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. with proper techniques.
• Flexible availability, including weekends for part-time roles.
