Responsibilities- Create an easy, seamless, and enjoyable in-store and online experience while cultivating customer relationships.
- Drive sales with in-store and online clients by effectively using technology.
- Participate in merchandising and operational tasks, including fulfillment, merchandise standards, and floor and fitting room upkeep.
- Share information about loyalty programs and support customers throughout their shopping experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read and interpret instructional documents.
- Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use computers and registers, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
