Supports store logistics and fulfillment by processing merchandise receipts, preparing customer orders, and completing operational tasks. Provides welcoming customer service and helps the store meet its daily business needs.
Responsibilities- Process new merchandise receipts according to company standards.
- Pick and pack merchandise for customer orders and shipments.
- Complete logistical tasks, including returns to vendors, price changes, and processing damaged goods.
- Support store events and assist customers on the selling floor.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.
