Account Manager

to join our energetic team!

Serve as a bridge between clients and our production/creative teams — coordinate estimates, scheduling, production, fulfillment, and final delivery to ensure jobs are on time and high-quality.

Grow and nurture business — identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities (print, direct mail, mailing, promos, storefronts, fulfillment) to expand client accounts and drive revenue.

Provide stellar customer service — maintain open communication, manage client expectations, quickly solve problems, and ensure satisfaction through every project.

A relationship-builder with strong communication skills. You understand client needs and translate them into effective print solutions.

Familiar (or excited to learn) with commercial printing — offset, digital, bindery, direct mail, fulfillment, etc. Bonus if you’ve worked in a print or production environment.

Organized, detail-oriented, able to coordinate multiple jobs and deadlines without breaking a sweat.

Sales-driven: you’re proactive about growing accounts, spotting opportunities, and helping clients leverage MOSAIC’s broad suite of services.

A team player who collaborates well across departments — production, creative, marketing — to deliver top results.
