Tek Pro Support Services (TSS) is seeking a cleared Supply Technician. This position performs various aspects of technical supply management work, including inventory management, storage management, cataloging, and property utilization related to depot, local, or other supply activities. The role requires working knowledge of methods, practices, and equipment used in receiving, storing, packing, and shipping materials and supplies, as well as general knowledge of inventory procedures.

Active Top Security Clearance Required

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee stock maintenance at prescribed levels and establish or adjust stock levels and reorder points using standard procedures.

Conduct physical inventories and maintain inventory records.

Receive and process documents specifying supplies needed for programs or work operations, and compile lists of equipment and parts for acquisition.

Prepare and process requisitions to supply organizations.

Search catalogs and records to verify stock numbers or find substitutes.

Coordinate with customers and supply units to obtain material status and expedite deliveries.

Process documentation for stock receipts, maintain storage areas, issue materials, and prepare reports on inventory variances.

Manage non-expendable property and perform related control functions.

Requisition and distribute office and administrative supplies.

Operate computer systems for records search, data input, and corrections.

Education & Experience Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of three (3) years of supply experience in military or commercial sectors.
Ability to work in warehouse and office environments, with some lifting under 50 lbs.
Experience with automated warehouse systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory software.
