Tek Pro Support Services (TSS) is seeking a cleared Supply Technician. This position performs aspects of technical supply management work, including inventory management, storage, cataloging, and property utilization related to depot, local, or other supply activities. The role requires working knowledge of methods, practices, and equipment used in receiving, storing, packing, and shipping materials and supplies, along with general knowledge of inventory procedures.

Active Top Security Clearance Required

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee stock maintenance at or within prescribed levels and establish or adjust stock levels and reorder points using standard formulas and procedures.

Conduct physical inventories and maintain inventory, stock, or property records.

Receive and screen supply lists, collate equipment and parts needed for acquisition plans.

Prepare and process requisitions to supply organizations.

Search catalogs and records to obtain or correct stock numbers or find substitutes.

Coordinate with customers, supply organizations, and transportation units to track material status and expedite delivery.

Process documentation for stock receipts, maintain storage areas, issue materials, and keep records.

Identify requirements and manage distribution of office and administrative supplies.

Maintain an accurate system for non-expendable property and perform property management controls.

Operate computer systems for records search, data input, and corrections.

Education & Experience Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of three (3) years of supply functions experience in military or commercial sectors.
Ability to work in warehouse and office environments, including lifting objects under 50 lbs.
Experience with automated warehouse tracking systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory software.
