Job OverviewAs a Branch Office Administrator (BOA), you will partner with financial advisors to support a small client‑support team. You are the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a positive experience across phone, in‑person, and digital interactions. Your role is essential in helping clients achieve their financial goals.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional client service via inbound/outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions; resolve issues and maintain strong client relationships.
- Manage account opening, transfers, and other client requests; process transactions and prepare documentation.
- Handle administrative tasks: schedule appointments, prepare materials for meetings, manage correspondence, and support marketing initiatives.
- Maintain accurate client records and update SOPs, contributing to the branch business plan.
- Utilize technology such as Money Guide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other firm‑provided software.
- Participate in annual business planning and client‑needs assessments to identify opportunities for additional services.
- Assist in marketing activities, including planning and executing events.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and adaptability.
- Excellent conversational and team collaboration skills.
- Comfortable using digital tools and learning new software.
- Ability to work independently under the direction of a financial advisor.
