. GST is seeking a Program Analyst to support the National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). This position is hybrid, with onsite days in Silver Spring, MD.
- Engage in Human Resource projects such as workforce development and training, liaising with NOAA offices to gather requirements and plan projects.
- Analyze data related to workforce training engagement, gaps, and new requirements.
- Create status reports and manage dashboards using Excel or Smartsheet.
- Apply communication, data analysis, and data visualization skills across project activities.
- Bachelor of Science or Arts Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Public Administration, Human Resources, or Data Science.
- Good communication and data analysis skills.
- Attention to detail, time management, and competency with Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with Smartsheet is a plus.
- Familiarity with government communications and planning processes.
- Experience developing and managing project trackers and visualization tools.
- Applicants selected will be subject to a government background investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements.
- Identity verification may involve an on‑camera interview and REAL‑ identification for new PIV card issuance.
Salary range: $70,000 to $90,000 annually (USD). GST also offers health, life, disability, financial, retirement benefits, paid leave, professional development, tuition assistance, work‑life programs, and dependent care for full‑time employees.
