Home Care Sales Assistant - Full-Time - Chevy Chase, Washington, DC, USA

This position is with Capital City Nurses, a Care Advantage Inc company, and supports our mission of delivering exceptional homecare services throughout the greater Maryland and DC area. The role is based at our CCN Headquarters in Chevy Chase, MD and supports clients in Montgomery County MD and DC markets. This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive wage and potential for growth.

Base pay range: $45,000.00/yr - $50,000.00/yr.

Job Summary

Are you a high-energy, self-starting professional eager to break into the healthcare sales space? Capital City Nurses is seeking a Sales Assistant to support our top-performing sales executive in the DC market. You will work alongside an experienced sales leader to gain firsthand experience, develop strategic insight, and contribute to expanding our presence and partnerships across the region.

  • Coordinate and schedule client and referral partner meetings
  • Support event preparation: ordering materials, setup, and attendance
  • Represent the company at networking and marketing events
  • Draft summaries and reports on the status of accounts
  • Assist with preparing sales presentations and follow-up materials
  • Help maintain CRM records and track outreach efforts
  • Contribute creatively to marketing initiatives and outreach strategies
Who You Are

  • Creative, decisive, and action-oriented
  • Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
  • Professional in appearance and communication
  • Willing to work occasional evenings for events or networking
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required
Skills & Experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Social media fluency is a plus
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
  • Passion for healthcare, aging services, or helping others is a bonus
