The Opportunity:
As the Assistant Director of Finance
, you’ll partner directly with the Finance Director and senior leadership to:
- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for one of the organization’s largest communities
- Analyze financial trends, risks, and opportunities to guide operational decisions
- Support audit, compliance, and internal controls
- Present financial results to executive and regional leadership teams
- Play a visible role in the community, occasionally interacting with residents and staff
You’ll work closely with a strong central finance team and gain mentorship designed to prepare you for promotion to Finance Director as new communities open along the East Coast.

What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5–7+ years of progressive accounting or FP&A experience
- Strong GAAP knowledge and reporting skills
- Excellent communication and presentation ability
- Comfortable being on‑site and occasionally interacting with residents
- A proactive, adaptable professional eager to grow into leadership
