The Clinic Director functions as the site administrator and is responsible for patient care based on licensure, efficient daily operation of the clinic, promotion of quality services, and development of programs to increase referrals and growth. They collaborate with digital marketing, local physicians, medical staff, and stakeholders to promote improved patient service and provide leadership, supervising associates to position the clinic as a preferred provider.

• Facilitates the rehabilitation continuum of care, providing evaluation and treatment services, including assessment, recommendation, and documentation.
• Completes appropriate discharge planning and follow‑up care, documenting and charging for patient care activities with accuracy and timeliness.
• Demonstrates flexibility and empathy in a patient‑driven environment, managing daily operations, staffing, expenses, and schedules while ensuring high‑quality services.
• Coordinates selection, coaching, orientation, mentoring, and goal‑setting for team members, developing performance standards and conducting appraisals.
• Assists in business design and development, implementing cost‑effective clinical programs, and collaborating with physicians and stakeholders to improve programming and community relationships.

• Degree in Occupational, Physical Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology.
• Valid licensure in Maryland, District of Columbia, or Virginia.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• 5–7 years clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting preferred.
• 3–4 years of significant supervisory experience preferred.
• Program and staff development experience preferred.
