Bowling Attendant

Responsibilities

• Open and close the bowling alley in accordance with established operating procedures.
• Monitor members and guests to ensure compliance with bowling rules and safety guidelines.
• Operate the Conqueror scoring system to make adjustments or corrections and instruct bowlers on proper use of bowling equipment.
• Serve food and beverages to members and guests.
• Accurately process food and bowling fees using the Jonas POS system.
• Place food orders with the kitchen through Jonas and retrieve orders when ready.
• Perform cleaning duties after each reservation block to maintain a clean and safe environment. Duties include disinfecting bowling shoes, cleaning tables and chairs, disposing of trash, and removing full trash bags.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Family Activities Director or Family Activities Supervisor.

• Friendly, service-oriented, and able to work collaboratively across departments.
• Strong organizational, time management and communication skills.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts as required.
• Must provide proof of identity and employment authorization per federal I-9 requirements for new and re-hires.
• Capable of meeting the physical demands and responsibilities of the position including long periods of standing and quick movement around the work area.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
