• 3+ years of payroll experience.
• Multistate payroll required.
• High-volume processing background.
• Experience with hourly, salaried, and seasonal employees.
• Strong knowledge of payroll systems, tax rules, and compliance.
• Excellent accuracy, organization, and communication.

• Process end-to-end payroll for 40+ multi-state locations.
• Manage weekly/biweekly high-volume payroll cycles.
• Maintain accurate payroll data and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Act as the main point of contact for payroll inquiries.
• Partner with HR and operations to streamline and centralize processes.
