A mission-driven, organization serving the higher education sector is seeking a hands‑on Data Engineering Manager to lead a small team focused on building and maintaining ETL pipelines and managing data infrastructure in Azure SQL and Azure Data Factory.
This is a 50% technical / 50% leadership role. You'll work on transactional systems that support claims, accounting, and actuarial/data science workflows.
What You’ll Need- 8+ years in data engineering
- Strong Azure SQL & Data Factory experience
- Experience building ETL pipelines
- Leadership or mentoring experience
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
