• Establish and maintain working relationships with customers and external stakeholders, the IC, Federal agencies and Congress.
• Coordinate with organizational elements to deliver responses.
• Use specialized knowledge or skills to solve complex and unique problems.
• Establish priorities for the completion of assigned tasks.
• Use judgement to interpret internal and external issues and develop best practices.
• Rely upon experience, interpersonal skills, and broad knowledge of field to ensure actions are completed in compliance with policies and procedures.

• Current and active Top Secret/SCI federal security clearance with Polygraph.
• Five (5) or more years of relevant experience with the IC or DoD.
• Bachelor’s degree in technical or business‑related discipline.

• National Security policy, IC budget and finance experience.
• Experience in senior/executive leadership communications and decision management.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities.

Basic Compensation $95,600 – $143,300 (Maryland area only). The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.

Additional Compensation K  may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of a sign‑on bonus, relocation benefits, short‑term incentives, long‑term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
