• Drive financial performance, including P&L management and cost control initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with staff and customers to create a positive dining experience.

• Enthusiastic and experienced General Manager or equivalent leadership in a restaurant environment.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills with a focus on coaching and development.
• Ability to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
