Senior Manager, Outsourced Accounting

I am with an accounting search firm, and I am working with an outsourced accounting firm in the area looking to hire a Senior Manager. They are a stable company with a positive culture and there's flexibility to define the role and make it your own.

Salary: $140K - $150K

• Review and prepare client financial statements (full or partial financial ownership)
• Analyze financials to identify insights and ensure compliance
• Serve as a trusted advisor, discussing government contracting issues directly with clients
• Train and mentor accounting staff, growing the team’s technical and consulting skills
• Multitask across diverse projects in a dynamic, billable hours (T&M) environment

• 7+ years of Gov Con accounting experience (Required)
• Unanet software experience (Highly preferred – major plus!)
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
• Proven management and leadership experience
• Experience in a small firm, boutique practice, or consulting setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical skills
