Overview

FT Perioperative Staff Nurse at ASC Park Potomac. The Staff Nurse provides nursing care and service during surgery cases. The Perioperative Staff Nurse is responsible for positioning the patient, prepping the patient, and circulating the case.

• Position the patient for surgical procedures.
• Prep the patient for surgery according to protocol.
• Circulate the case and assist during the intraoperative phase as needed.

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Current BLS, ACLS, or PALS as required by the center.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Circulator in perioperative settings.
• Previous experience in an ambulatory surgical center is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, aseptic technique, and patient management in the perioperative environment.
• Ability to quickly adapt to changing patient conditions; excellent teamwork and communication with staff, patients, and physicians.

Pay Range:
Min $41.92 to Max $54.57. Wages determined based on qualifications and experience.
