Granite Rehabilitation and Wellness is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator Central Supply Clerk to join our dynamic team! As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth coordination of patient care and supply management.

• Develop and maintain nursing staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts, in accordance with center facility assessment. Post schedules for staff at least two weeks in advance.

• Keep accurate records of staff attendance, time-off requests, and shift swaps.

• Manage supply inventory, ordering and receiving medical supplies and equipment

• Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure optimal supply levels and optimal utilization of resources

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction

• Utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills to address scheduling and supply-related issues in a fast-paced environment

• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field (e.g., healthcare administration, business) is an asset

• 1 years of experience in a healthcare or administrative setting

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software systems
