Client Relationship Management
Data Drone runs partner implementation practices that ship one outcome in 45 days. The Service Now practice takes one revenue- or service-critical workflow and gets it automated and audit-ready in 45 days — typically clearing ~62% of the manual tickets that used to eat the team alive. We are not a license shop. We are not a generalist consultancy that bills hours and disappears.
We ship a workflow that runs in production, with screenshots to prove it, and we hand it over clean.
Our line is simple: outcomes, never licenses. No shelfware, no drift. The badge buys trust — that's all we need from it.
What You'll DoYou own the Service Now partnership relationship and the program standing that comes with it. The badge is a trust accelerant, not a sales channel — and you protect that distinction. You hold the strategic direction of the relationship: where the partnership sits, what tier we hold and why, what we ask the alliance for, and what we never ask it for.
You keep our standing clean so that when a client checks, the badge says exactly what we want it to say — that Data Drone is a serious, certified delivery partner that ships.
You work the relationship so the practice can stay heads-down on delivery. You translate partner programs, competencies, and incentives into things that actually serve our outcome model — and you politely decline the ones that don't.
Daily Rhythm (How You Operate)- Start by scanning partner-portal changes, program updates, and any competency or tier deadlines that moved overnight.
- Mid-day is relationship work: alliance contacts, co-sell conversations that respect our model, escalations on behalf of delivery.
- You sit in on engagement checkpoints often enough to know what's actually shipping, so your partner conversations are grounded in real work, not slides.
- You close the day logging relationship state, commitments made, and any program risk that needs surfacing before it becomes a surprise.
- Own the Service Now partnership end to end: standing, tier, competencies, and the relationship with alliance and partner-management contacts.
- Hold strategic direction — decide what we pursue in the program and what we decline, always measured against the outcome model.
- Keep program standing audit-clean: certifications current, competency requirements met, portal data accurate.
- Position the badge as a trust accelerant to clients and prospects, never as a license-resale pitch.
- Surface program risk early — a slipping competency, a changing tier requirement, a deadline — before it becomes a surprise.
- Feed real delivery proof (outcomes, screenshots, references) back into the partner relationship to strengthen standing.
- Real depth running a technology partnership or alliance relationship — you’ve owned program standing, not just attended QBRs.
- Hands‑on understanding of how partner programs work: tiers, competencies, certifications, co‑sell motions, portal mechanics.
- Proven ability to hold a line — to decline a program incentive that doesn’t serve the outcome, and explain why cleanly.
- Strong written communication; you can make a partner ask in three tight sentences.
- Comfort working remote across NA / EMEA / APAC and mirroring client timezones.
- Direct familiarity with the Service Now Partner Program (tiers, product‑line competencies, certification structure).
- Experience converting partnership standing into client trust during a sales cycle.
- A network inside the Service Now alliance ecosystem.
You treat the badge as something to be earned and protected, not waved around. You think in systems: a partnership is infrastructure, not a series of favors. You’d rather under‑ask the alliance and over‑deliver in production than…
