We are currently seeking a hands‑on, dependable Concrete Crew Lead Assistant to support daily field operations. This position plays a key role in coordinating and executing concrete installations alongside the Concrete Foreman. Duties include preparing materials, staging tools, assisting with crew oversight, reading and interpreting blueprints, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and mentoring field laborers. The ideal candidate is self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and capable of working independently in dynamic environments and all weather conditions.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a solid foundation in concrete work who is ready to grow into a leadership role. The position requires physical labor, communication skills, and a strong understanding of construction methods and safety standards.
