Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Concrete Superintendent based in Cheyenne, WY. Pay range is $28–$34 per hour based on experience and capability. Responsibilities include overseeing the execution of concrete construction projects, managing a skilled crew, and ensuring the completion of quality concrete work such as formwork, flatwork, and other structural elements. The role involves supervising heavy equipment usage, coordinating with suppliers for ready‑mix concrete, and maintaining high safety standards on‑site.

Additionally, the Concrete Superintendent will ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget while meeting client expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience with Formwork and Flatwork techniques in concrete construction
• Proficient in working with Heavy Equipment for construction projects
• Knowledge of Ready Mix Concrete production and application
• Competence in Carpentry for construction projects
• Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage on‑site crews and schedules
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
• Commitment to adhering to safety regulations and standards on job sites
• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in the construction industry is preferred
