Lead Quality on a $147M Federal Construction Project

Take your federal construction career to the next level with an opportunity to contribute to a $147M ground-up construction project involving Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) infrastructure, mission-critical facilities, hangars, runway lighting, and paving.

We're seeking an experienced Federal Construction Quality Control Manager (QCM) with a strong background in large-scale federal and Department of Defense (DoD) construction. This is an opportunity to put your expertise to work on a significant, long-term military construction assignment where quality, safety, and compliance are essential.

What You'll Bring

• 7+ years of vertical and civil construction experience on federal/DoD projects
• Proven success delivering large-scale DoD facilities valued at $30M+
• Experience working with the Department of Defense and/or the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) on major construction projects
• Previous airfield and hangar construction experience
• Strong understanding of federal construction quality control requirements and procedures

Required Certifications & Qualifications

• USACE CQM-C
• Three-Phase Quality Control (Three-Phase QC)
• OSHA 30
• RMS and commissioning experience
