Call Center Representative (Remote Delivery Services Associate)

Base pay: $18.00/hr – $18.00/hr starting pay is $17.50/hr + depending on experience. Actual pay is based on skills and experience.

As a Call Center Representative, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and support while helping us create memorable experiences for our members. This is an in‑office position that requires working a rotating Saturday shift from 8:45 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.

• Communicate with members by phone, chat, email, and Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) to assist with financial transactions.
• Verify account balances, transfer funds, collect loan payments, reorder debit cards, reissue PIN numbers, and perform related banking services.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of all member interactions.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering high‑quality service.

• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong computer skills with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced team environment.
• No prior call‑center experience required.
