• Welcome customers with a friendly, professional attitude both in-store and over the phone.
• Listen to customer needs and recommend products, services, and account solutions that fit their lifestyle.
• Help customers set up devices, answer questions, and troubleshoot common issues.
• Keep customer accounts accurate by entering information and documenting interactions with attention to detail.
• Process payments, explain billing options, and maintain accurate cash-handling practices.
• Work alongside teammates to create a positive, organized, and customer-focused retail environment.

Your day starts by checking store updates, customer follow-ups, and team priorities. From there, you'll balance assisting walk-in and over the phone customers, answering questions, trouble shooting, activating services, and helping people get the most from their devices. Between customer visits, you'll update records, complete follow-up tasks, and collaborate with teammates to keep the store running smoothly. Every day brings new people, new challenges, and new opportunities to make a positive impact.
